Administrative people are interested in work that offers security and a sense of being part of a larger process. They may be at their most productive under supervisors who give clear guidelines and while performing routine tasks in a methodical and reliable way.

They tend to enjoy clerical and most forms of office work, where they perform essential administrative duties. They often form the backbone of large and small organisations alike. They may enjoy being in charge of office filing systems, and using computers and other office equipment to keep things running smoothly. They usually like routine work hours and prefer comfortable indoor workplaces.

BSc Physiotherapy (Level 8)

The BSc. Physiotherapy degree is a qualification for people who want to practice physiotherapy in the Irish healthcare system or in private practice. Graduates from this degree course are automatically eligible for membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. RCSI has become the first Irish School of Physiotherapy to have a programme successfully reviewed, thus allowing all graduates in that course year apply to the Physiotherapy Board of Australia for General Registration and to seek employment in recognised physiotherapy posts in Australia.

The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland offers a three year BSc Physiotherapy programme to applicants with a primary degree. Applicants with school-leaving qualifications are required to initially complete a foundation year.

The aim of the School of Physiotherapy is to educate professionally safe, competent, reflective and analytical physiotherapists who possess a sound scientific knowledge base, an understanding of the value of research and analysis, are responsive to the needs of clients and carers and are aware of the dynamic diversity of healthcare environments in which they practice.
