Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or managing a section in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented, and work best when focused on a target. Free training sessions for those seeking to up-skill in their music career

Music Network are delighted to offer a series of free training sessions entitled "Taking control of your performance career 2018".

These sessions are designed to offer support and guidance to musicians with the non-artistic elements of their music career. 

On Thursday November 1st  saxophonist, composer, producer and educator Nick Roth will lead a session on 'Musicians and the Digital World'. On Thursday November 8th music publisher Steve Lindsey takes a session on 'Music Publishing – Nurturing and Protecting Creativity'. Finally on Thursday November 22nd join Chartered Accountant Gaby Smyth as he discusses 'Finance and Taxation'.

The training sessions are free and will take place at Music Network’s offices in the National Concert Hall, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2.  Space is limited to 10 places per session and are allocated on a first come first served basis.  Booking is essential to guarantee a place, contact Andreas Ziemons operations@musicnetwork.ie Tel 01 475 0224.
