Do you want to be a Tour Guide, or to work at one one of Ireland's many heritage sites around the country?
The Dublinia Heritage Project is now recruiting for the next Cultural and Heritage Studies Programme which commences 13th November 2017.
This is a combined professional training and work experience programme. It is a QQI Level 5 Major Award of 50 weeks duration and will provide the practical experience and knowledge needed for employment in the Heritage and Tourism industry.
Participants benefit from work experience in Dublinia Heritage Centre and St Patrick’s Cathedral and will benefit from visits to other heritage sites around the country.
The Cultural and Heritage Studies programme covers subject areas such as Archaeology, Folklore and Ethnology with additional weekly French Language classes.
Next course start date: 13th November 2017.
No previous experience or certificates are requested but motivation and an interest in Heritage and History are a must. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
