The CAO Round Two offers were released at 10am today and 2,703 offers were issued in total. Many courses saw their minimum entry points drop as the offers were released, as is expected at the second round offer stage. However, some drops proved to be significant in certain subject areas and indicates a lower uptake of Round 1 offers for these courses.
Note: An "*" by a points score means that not all applicants on this score were awarded a place and candidates on the minimum score were chosen by random selection.
Nursing courses were among those that saw points decrease across a number of higher education institutions. Points for Trinity College's various Nursing programmes fell across the board. Both UCC and DCU's Children and General Nursing courses experienced drops, while points for the same programme in UCD reduced by 13.
