You need experience in the accounting function for this particular job, especially financial accounting. You have to be able to work closely with others in a team and within cross funtional teams. You need to be qualified as an accountant. and to have to have numerical skills.

The Investigative person will usually find a particular area of science to be of interest. They are inclined toward intellectual and analytical activities and enjoy observation and theory. They may prefer thought to action, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems with clever technology. They will often follow the latest developments in their chosen field, and prefer mentally stimulating environments.

Spotlight on Springboard ICT Courses

Over the years Springboard has evolved from a focus purely on jobseekers to include courses for people in employment who are looking to upskill in the areas of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). 

Springboard has a mix of one year full-time and two year part-time ICT conversion courses available through Springboard+ for 2017. These courses include:

  • Higher Diploma in Science in Software (Cloud Application Development);
  • Higher Diploma in Science in Fintech;
  • Higher Diploma in Science in Software Development among many others.
