IQVIA to create 100 new jobs in Ireland

IQVIA, a leading global provider of support services in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical sectors, has announced the creation of 100 jobs in Dublin.  

The new roles at IQVIA’s Dublin East Point Campus will consist of highly skilled, full-time jobs in the areas of Clinical Project Management, Data Management, Drug Safety and Biostatistics.

In particular, IQVIA is recruiting Pharmacovigilance specialists, across a variety of safety services spanning both clinical trials and medicines safety. Pharmacovigilance, also known as drug safety, is the pharmacological science relating to the collection, detection, assessment, monitoring, and prevention of adverse effects with pharmaceutical products.

There will also be a number of opportunities available for life science graduates.

In Ireland since 1990, IQVIA has been a clinical research pioneer for the pharmaceutical industry. The additional roles will increase IQVIA’s capability to serve its customers across Europe and the world. 

Recruitment is underway and IQVIA expects the roles to be filled in the first half of 2019. Search current vacancies at IQVIA here.
