Telecommunications firm Entegro have announced this morning that they will create 50 new jobs in their Kilkenny office.
The announcement came as Entegro opened their new Fibre Network Design Centre of Excellence in Danville Business Park on Kilkenny city’s outskirts.
Their new headquarters was officially opened today by EU Trade Commissioner Phil Hogan.
Telecom giants such as Virgin Media have already engaged the Irish owned Entegro and their bespoke fibre network services.
The 50 new jobs will be filled over the next 18 months to add to their current 100-person workforce.
Entegro are looking to expand into the US and European market over the next two years, leaving potential for further growth in the future.
