A Vehicle body repairer repairs damage to the bodywork of cars, trucks and coaches, ranging from scratches, dents and rust to major accident damage.
Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
Heavy vehicle mechanics carry out routine servicing and repair on commercial vehicles such as trucks/trailers, vans, jeeps, buses and coaches and prepares the vehicle for the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Test (CVRT).
Agricultural mechanics are concerned with fault-finding, repair, overhaul and maintenance of farm tractors and farm machinery.
A construction plant fitter is a skilled technician who services, diagnoses and resolves technical concerns in mobile equipment used in materials handling for the off-road and on-road construction, excavation, mining, forestry and waste management industries.
