Administrative

Administrative people are interested in work that offers security and a sense of being part of a larger process. They may be at their best operating under supervisors who give clear guidelines, and performing routine tasks in a methodical and reliable way.

They tend to enjoy clerical and most forms of office work, where they perform essential administrative duties. They often form the backbone of large and small organisations alike. They may enjoy being in charge of office filing systems, and using computers and other office equipment to keep things running smoothly. They usually like routine work hours and prefer comfortable indoor workplaces.

Intertrust Announces 60 Financial Services Jobs for Dublin

Intertrust are expanding their Dublin Office and creating 60 new jobs

Intertrust Ireland, a financial services administration company plans to create up to 60 new jobs in its recently expanded Dublin office.

Intertrust provides administration and back-up services for private equity firms, aircraft lessors, asset managers, technology firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers and several other industries.

The company said at the weekend that the recent redevelopment of its office on Haddington Road on the capital’s southside gives it the scope to hire 60 new workers.

Intertrust recently expanded the services it provides to allow it act as a managing agent for aviation asset-backed securitisations, where aircraft lessors transfer the ownership of planes to specially-established companies. It has also added performance and reward management services.

The company provides corporate administration, company secretarial, accounting and cash, and specialised agency services. It now employs 90 people so the new staff will increase the total to 150.

Mary Buckley, executive director of IDA Ireland, called Intertrust’s decision to expand its operations here a “notable endorsement” of the Republic’s financial services business. “Ireland is now home to some of the world’s top financial service companies and offers a highly skilled and educated financial services workforce,” she said.

Only last week another financial services company announced 605 new jobs for Northern Ireland. Read about Fintru here.
