LEON to Open 20 Restaurants in Ireland Over Four Years

London-based chain LEON has announced plans to expand into the Irish market, with signals to create 600 jobs over the next four years. The chain, which markets itself as the Naturally Fast Food brand, is set to open its first Irish outlet this May, in Dublin’s Temple Bar. This will be the first of twenty outlets that LEON plans to open in Ireland over the next four years. The roll-out looks to be rapid, as a second outlet will be opening at a Dundrum Town Centre location later this year.

The company will be working with local suppliers to deliver its unique menu, which takes inspiration from the Mediterranean diet. Stuart Fitzgerald, one of the people responsible for LEON’s Irish expansion, predicts that through both job creation and working with Irish suppliers the company is set to have a very positive impact on Ireland’s economy.
