Realist

Realists are usually interested in 'things' - such as buildings, mechanics, equipment, tools, electronics etc. Their primary focus is dealing with these - as in building, fixing, operating or designing them. Involvement in these areas leads to high manual skills, or a fine aptitude for practical design - as found in the various forms of engineering.

Realists like to find practical solutions to problems using tools, technology and skilled work. Realists usually prefer to be active in their work environment, often do most of their work alone, and enjoy taking decisive action with a minimum amount of discussion and paperwork.

Celebrating a world of possibilities and what could be, the AIB Future Sparks Festival 2019 will bring together leaders in business and young entrepreneurs on the 14th March to inspire students and to show them the power of potential.

Following the great success of the inaugural festival last year, we are aiming to go bigger and better with this year’s event - celebrating the very best in Irish entrepreneurship and innovation across a range of industries. 

This isn’t your standard careers fair – this is a student festival! No other event gives students this kind of access to Ireland’s more innovative industries with business at the heart including technology, creativity and lifestyle. Ambitions will be explored and new and exciting opportunities for students will be uncovered.



Through the five separate stages featuring panel discussions with over 35 speakers, you will hear from the very best in entrepreneurial and international business from a broad range of industries and disciplines.

The AIB Future Sparks Festival is a celebration of the innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship that is the backbone of Irish business, displayed by the leading industry speakers today across technology, marketing, sport, design, lifestyle and entertainment.
