Naturalist

Not surprisingly, some aspect of the natural sciences will run through the Naturalist's interests - from ecological awareness to nutrition and health. People with an interest in horticulture, land usage and farming (including fish) are Naturalists.

Some Naturalists focus on animals rather than plants, and may enjoy working with, training, caring for, or simply herding them. Other Naturalists will prefer working with the end result of nature's produce - the food produced from plants and animals. Naturalists like solving problems with solutions that show some sensitivity to the environmental impact of what they do. They like to see practical results and prefer action to talking and discussing.

Greyhound, an Irish waste management company, has announced a €35 million euro investment for the development of the business, which will lead to the creation of 100 new jobs in Dublin. The investment comes as a response to the "growing economy" in the Dublin region.

The new jobs will range across a number of departments, with roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration. The jobs boost will bring the company's total headcount to 600, making it one of the company's largest waste management providers. Greyhound was established almost 40 years ago with "one truck and a lot of ambition." and now the company boasts over 120,000 customers throughout the nation's capital.

In an era where companies are being urged to operate in a more environmentally conscious manner, Greyhound has affirmed its commitment to "recycling and constantly innovating and educating to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill."
