What are your interests?



Realists are usually interested in 'things' - such as buildings, mechanics, equipment, tools, electronics etc. Their primary focus is dealing with these - as in building, fixing, operating or designing them. Involvement in these areas leads to high manual skills, or a fine aptitude for practical design - as found in the various forms of engineering.

Realists like to find practical solutions to problems using tools, technology and skilled work. Realists usually prefer to be active in their work environment, often do most of their work alone, and enjoy taking decisive action with a minimum amount of discussion and paperwork.

Applications Now Open for September 2019

Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education is now accepting applications for courses starting in September 2019.

Coláiste Dhúlaigh offers Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) Courses at QQI level 5 and 6 and at Higher National Diploma.

Most of their courses lead to entry to Universities and Institutes of Technology, with some courses allowing you to gain entry to second year.

Coláiste Dhúlaigh offer courses in Art & Design, Science & Technology, Media, Business & Tourism, Health & Leisure and Performing Arts. Find out more here

Interviews will be held on Friday January 25th. Apply early to ensure you get called for interview.

Their next Information Evening on Thursday 29th November (Coolock Campus) will give Leaving Certificate students the opportunity to talk to staff and students about the courses and progression routes to Higher Education and employment. The event will run from 4.30 – 7.30pm.
