Department of Marketing and Business Computing
The Department of Marketing and Business Computing is a leading provider of courses in Marketing Management, as well as Advertising and Marketing Communications, offering courses at Higher Certificate, Ordinary Degree and Honours Degree level. It also offers a Higher Diploma in Business in Marketing, as well as a BSc in Data Analytics with Digital Marketing, and research Masters and PhD projects at Levels 9 and 10.
In the coming months, the Department will offer a new Level 7 Bachelor of Arts (Ordinary Degree) in Digital Marketing, which is particularly relevant to the needs of Ireland’s fast-expanding technology sector, where ICT employers are growing their business operations. The Department plans to continue to develop its links with this sector, as well as Irish and global business enterprise to create industry-ready, career-focussed graduates that are highly-skilled in the needs of the modern digital enterprise.
In April 2017, Glenn Mehta took on a new role as Head of Department of Marketing and Business Computing. A graduate of marketing at ITT himself, Glenn has written text books and is an active researcher and digital marketing consultant with unrivalled links to industry, community and non-profit organisations around Dublin, Ireland and the world.
