Enterprising
Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or managing a section in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented, and work best when focused on a target. Some have an entrepreneurial inclination.

Summary... header image

Students don’t have to choose modules before begining, on your first day you will meet with scientists who will advise you on your options. Courses in the first two years are designed to introduce you to and train you in the fundamental sciences. By the end of the second year you will have moved far beyond the extent of science as it is taught at school and will understand better where your real interests lie. At this point you have the opportunity to focus on one of sixteen specialist areas for your final two years.
