Social?
Social
The Social person's interests focus on some aspect of those people in their environment. In all cases the social person enjoys the personal contact of other people in preference to the impersonal dealings with things, data and ideas found in other groups.

Many will seek out positions where there is direct contact with the public in some advisory role, whether a receptionist or a counsellor. Social people are motivated by an interest in different types of people, and like diversity in their work environments. Many are drawn towards careers in the caring professions and social welfare area, whilst others prefer teaching and other 'informing' roles.

Summary... header image

Media Studies (MED) as a discipline comprises theories and methods for examining and creating media texts and for analysing institutions, audiences and technologies. The theory and practical training provided by a degree in media is increasingly essential not only for work in creative and cultural industries, but also for the entire spectrum of industry and public sector institutions.
Media Technologies (MTH)  encompasses the twin challenges of learning to use media technologies creatively and learning to analyse the impact of new media on society and individuals. As a student, you will have an opportunity to explore what happens when technology and imagination meet. You will gain practical experience in a professional studio environment, learning to design digital products and to master, cameras and sound recording equipment, digital image manipulation, web design and basic animation.
