The aim of this programme is to provide you with the professional craft and supervisory skills in bar and beverage service in order to provide a quality and unique customer experience in the Irish tourism industry.
The course also covers the application of business principles to bar and beverage service operations in the areas of marketing, merchandising and sales and cost control.
You will also learn how to identify and apply appropriate legislation in relation to: equality, employment, environmental best practice, food safety legislation, health and safety, and licensing laws.
