Course Description

This is a one year full-time Diploma course. The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in the Travel and Tourism Industry. Students will also gain a broad understanding of Travel Agency and Airline Operations. The Diploma element of the course Air Fares and Ticketing, is run in partnership with the International Airport Transport Association (IATA). The overall aim of the programme is to provide the learner with the opportunity to work in a variety of tourism related businesses, using specialised and creative skills to identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities or to progress to further or higher education and training.

This one-year, full-time Diploma course is designed for those seeking to pursue a career in the travel and tourism industry, enabling students to gain a broad understanding of travel agency and airline operations. Learners will gain a solid foundation in business studies, along with specialised knowledge in marketing and human resources.
