Go for it!  But realise that its not going to be easy and things take time and there are LOTS of sacrifices to make. Also make sure you learn from your mistakes - because you will make them. It is really only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

Enterprising?
Enterprising
Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or managing a section in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented, and work best when focused on a target. Some have an entrepreneurial inclination.

Course Description

The aim of this course is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and competencies to enable him/her pursue a career as Cloud Computing professional. Learners will gain skills in virtualisation, specifically focusing on VMwares technologies, as well as distributed systems which are the key areas of Cloud Computing. Areas of study will also include software design and development in addition to web design and development. Development supports and progression strategies are provided to develop the learners personal effectiveness and job seeking skills so as to maximise employment potential and capacity to compete in the labour market. Participants will acquire computing skills that will enable them to progress to further studies. This course is run in collaboration with FIT (Fastrack to Information Technology) and DSP (Department of Social Protection).
