I would highly recommend this job but I’d say to start taking insurance exams as soon as possible and get them done while you’re young.

I’d also recommend talking to as many people in the industry to see what area of insurance you want to go into i.e. Insurer, Broker, Loss Adjuster etc. – they’re very different!

Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Course Description

Are you a business person who enjoys the Arts or are you an Arts Practitioner and interested in learning about the business end of your field while you continue to practice? Do you love the Arts, are a natural organiser and would love a change of career? Or are you interested in pursuing a degree in this field? This course is designed to provide you with a diverse knowledge and understanding of the Arts as well as the core skills to perform as an effective administrator in this field.

What will you Study?

This exciting new course combines Arts and Business subjects. The course is certified by QQI (www.qqi.ie). Learners who succesfully complete all 8 subjects will be awarded QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Arts Administration. (see www.bfei.ie for details)
