You need to work with people in the industry as knowledge is everything  - where to buy, who from, when etc. Health and safety courses and a pleasant manner and drive are also important.

Course Description

This course aims to provide learners with the practical skills and knowledge to assess how the body responds to sport and physical activity. Gain an insight into how the human body operates at rest and during exercise and assist people with physical activity and health changes. As part of their training, learners will complete studies on the major systems of the body, gain expertise in testing and analysing athletes, develop a greater understanding of how the human body reacts to exercise, complete laboratory based studies and apply concepts in practical sessions in a gym setting.
