Clearing Your Browser Cache

Chrome

  1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Or, the Windows keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Y , then select “ Clear browsing data ” on the right-hand side.
  3. In the pop up window, you can choose All Time .
    • Select Cached images and files
    • Select Cookies and other site data
    • Click Clear Data
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Firefox

  1. Click the "Menu" button(on top right corner of the browser) and select Settings .
  2. Select the "Privacy & Security" panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click "Clear Data…" .
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data .
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the "Clear" button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services
  2. Under "Clear browsing data", select "Choose what to clear"
  3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box
  4. Select "Clear"

Safari

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  • To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari , and tap "Clear History and Website Data" . Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
  • To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data , then tap "Remove All Website Data" .

Safari 8

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History and Website Data…
  2. Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History .
  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely.

Safari 7 and Below

  1. From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari….
  2. Select the items you want to reset, and then click Reset . As of Safari 5.1, Remove all website data includes both cookies and cache.
  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely.

Internet Explorer 11

  1. Select the gear icon (Tools) at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select “Internet Options” and then the “Delete” button from the small menu.
  3. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + Delete (on Windows PCs) .
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
