|I would advise them to get themselves physically fit and to maintain it. I would also say that a sense of humour is very important and the ability to laugh at themselves. They should have self discipline and be prepared to accept imposed discipline. Punctuality is very important as is respect for others. If they had sporting interests that would be a help.|

Who Are We?
Topaz Energy Group Limited is the management entity that oversees the activities of all of the Topaz Group’s operations. Under the Group’s management are a number of direct active subsidiaries involved in the business of importing, storing and distributing retail and non-retail fuels across the island of Ireland. The group also has a joint venture interest in Shell and Topaz Aviation Ireland Ltd, which supplies fuels to airline operators in Ireland. The group operates its business trading operation under the ‘Topaz’ brand across the island of Ireland.
Topaz is 100% Irish owned and operated, with a €3 billion annual turnover and with over 1 million customer transactions per week on both our company owned sites and dealer network. We deliver home heating oil to over 250,000 customers on an annual basis; we sold over 4.5 million cups of coffee last year along with over 5 million newspapers; and more than 120,000 Irish drivers are Topaz Fuel Card holders. Topaz is the largest retail fuel company in Ireland with over 340 service stations across the country, and we are continuously growing, with the number of staff employed now at 2000.
TOPAZ RETAIL AND CONVENIENCE
With over 340 Topaz Service Stations across Ireland, we are the country’s largest fuel and convenience brand. 123 of our service stations are company owned and operated, with over 220 stations operated by the independent retailers of our dealer network. Our company operated business Ard Services Limited is one of the active subsidiaries which operate on behalf of the Topaz Group. Ard Services Limited own and operate the Topaz company owned service stations throughout the country. The Ard Services trading concepts for these service stations have three unique retail concepts which are customer- facing, called Topaz Restore, Topaz Express, and most recently, a brand new retail non-fuel trading concept called ‘Re.Store’.
We continue to grow and develop our business, leading the way not only in terms of being the fastest growing brand in Ireland but also growing our offering to our customers in new and innovative ways.
