Labour Market Information

A shortage of those with Foreign language skills have been identified in the National Skills Bulletin 2019 for several occupations including sales account strategists, inside sales representatives, marketing specialists (including digital), Contact centre agents, Customer service representatives and sales executives

The language skills most in demand include German, French and the Nordic languages. There is also a growing need for Mandarin as trade links grow with China.
