Employment growth was strong for management consultants, business analysts & project managers and there is evidence that employers are finding it difficult to find suitable candidates.

The recovery in the economy has resulted in a stronger demand for HR managers and officers. Although shortages are not expected in the short term, there are signs of increased employment and growing demand for those with sector specific knowledge (e.g. finance).

Demand appears to relate primarily to the IT and financial sectors.
